Subscribe & Save* is to have the products set up recurring orders so that you never run out of your favourite products.
When you order on subscription basis, you save money and time!
You will be able to adjust the recurring order and shipment frequency that fits your lifestyle at a 20% savings on every shipment.

Can I have multiple products on one subscription?
Yes, absolutely! Simply add in as many products as you´d like to your subscription and complete your desire health goals.
Will I be notified on when my next order would be shipping out?
Before each shipment, we will send an e-mail notification to let you know your next order is being processed and a new tracking number will be sent as well.
Can I add a discount code to my subscription order?
At this time, promo codes cannot be used on Subscribe & Save orders. However, you earn 2 x times Nutritive Points on every $1 spent on Subscribe & Save orders instead of the standard 1 Nutritive Point for $1 spent on a One-time purchase. The Nutritive Points earned can be exchanged for Rewards, Savings and more.
Can I cancel my subscription or make changes to my subscription at any time?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time and the cancellation will only be applied on the upcoming next subscription.
We do require any changes or cancellations made at least five days prior to your next order date. Important, please note that if you wish to cancel an order less than five days prior to your ship date, Vital Nutritive is unable to cancel or issue a refund.
We do send a courtesy email reminding customers of their ship dates five days prior to the scheduled ship date, which we feel is an ample amount of time to update your subscription. That being said, this courtesy, and it is ultimately the customer´s responsability to track their own subscription.
Where and how can I manage my subscription? (Frequency, Pause or Cancel)
